c. impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation, a TheBodyTransformation.com official, forum leader, chat room monitor, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with such a person or entity;

d. post or transmit any material that contains a virus or corrupted data;

e. delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels that you upload to any communication feature;

f. register, subscribe, attempt to register, attempt to subscribe, unsubscribe, or attempt to unsubscribe, any party for any TheBodyTransformation.com product or Service if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so; or

g. use the Site and/or the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You may not use the Site or the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair TheBodyTransformation.com’s servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Site and/or the Services. Furthermore, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Site, Services, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to TheBodyTransformation.com through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Site or the Services.

j. violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;

k. upload or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

l. delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity;

m. manipulate or otherwise display the Site and/or the Services by using framing or similar navigational technology; b. access the Sites or Services by any means other than through the standard industry-accepted or TheBodyTransformation.com -provided interfaces;

Personal Information

At certain points in using the Site, you will be asked to provide information to us. We collect two types of information from you, personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable. The personally identifiable information that we collect includes but is not limited to, your first and last names, your street address (including the city, state and post/zip code), your telephone number and your credit card number. Non-personally identifiable information we collect includes, but is not limited to, your email address, your weight, your height, and your eating and fitness preferences. We do not sell or share personally identifiable information.

We will not disclose your personally identifiable information in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement or any other posted policy on the Site unless authorized by you to do so, or as required by law, or to protect our interests.

Any non-personally identifiable information, communications or material you send to us by any method is deemed by us to be non-confidential and you expressly license TheBodyTransformation.com to use, reproduce, and create derivative works from information, communications or material. The Company reserves the right to use comments, testimonials and other statements made by you on our Site including, but not limited to those you may post on our bulletin boards, in our chat rooms, in marketing and promotional materials. Any information, communications or material you send to us must be truthful, legal, and not violate any third party intellectual property or other rights. We reserve the right to change this Agreement and any other posted policy on the Site or to withdraw, change or add products or services contained within our Site at any time.

You agree to:

(a) maintain all equipment necessary for your access to and use of the Site;

(b) maintain the security of your user identification, password and other confidential information relating to your TheBodyTransformation.com account;

(c) be responsible for all charges resulting from use of your TheBodyTransformation.com account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying TheBodyTransformation.com of such unauthorized use and taking the legal steps to prevent its further occurrence by contacting us to change your password; and

(d) updating your personal information, including email address.

Children

We have no intention of collecting personal information from individuals under the age of 18.  If you are a child under the age of 18, please do not submit personal information without the consent of your parent or guardian.

Discussion Forums, message boards and chat rooms.

TheBodyTransformation.com hosts message boards, chats and other public forums on its Site. Any user failing to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be expelled from and refused continued access to, the message boards, chats or other public forums in the future.

TheBodyTransformation.com or its designated agents may remove or alter any user-created content at any time for any reason. Message boards, chats and other public forums are intended to serve as discussion centers for users and subscribers.

Information and content posted within these public forums may be provided by TheBodyTransformation.com, TheBodyTransformation.com 's outside contributors, or by users not connected with TheBodyTransformation.com, some of whom may employ anonymous user names.
