Well I did eat breakfast, and surprisingly I had a really clear head for the morning which enabled me to secure two new clients. Spurned on I even ate lunch, and during the graveyard hour (2-3 pm) I put some citrus essential oil in a burner, which meant I was alert and upbeat all afternoon.
In fact in it 10.40 in the evening and I am still working away at my computer.
Guess what, the right foods at the right time really works.
I have got to keep this up tomorrow !
P.s I even went jogging with the dog early this evening too !!

Every Monday morning, being the start of the week, I resolve that today I will Quit smoking, I will eat breakfast and lunch, I will take more exercise and I will be more positive.
It’s 1.45 and I didn’t make breakfast or lunch, I have smoked far more than my normal morning quota the dog only got a short walk and my positive mindset is around a 4/10.
Having trained as a life coach I know what I am supposed to do, I just don’t seem to be able to apply those parameters to myself.
I was once told that you should never make new Year resolutions, they should be made in March instead. Maybe Mondays is not a good day to make life changing resolutions, maybe it should be a Wednesday instead!!!
Any one got any ideas as to how I can create a plan that I can keep to.
