First go to "My control center" on the upper menu bar. From there select "Edit My Files" - here you can upload several images or icons. Note that they need to be smaller than 256kb and max 300 x 300 pixels to be used as an avatar or signature photo. Then go to "Avatar Options" and from the window on the right hand side choose the image you would like to use. Note that images you have uploaded will only be visible here if they are an appropriate size for an avatar photo. Why isn't the message I just posted is showing up in the forum? You can get notified by e-mail when someone replies to your postings by enabling e-mail notification. You can do this by going to "Forum Settings" and then selecting "Yes" to "Enable e-mail notification as default" How can I add files and/or smileys to my message? Once you have selected either a new topic or to reply to a message, two links will show up. One says "Attach a file" and by clicking this you will be able to browse for files to upload. The other says "Smileys" and by clicking on this you will get access to a selection of smileys to attach to your message. |
