A 4 day workshop which aims at helping you get to the core of and transform what has been stopping you from losing weight and staying slim permanently – you will discover your personal strategy for success so you can make your body transformation not only possible - but a natural, effortless process allowing your unique body to get and stay the way you want it - for life.

Getting to the weight where you feel great about yourself can be a huge challenge, and for so many of us and even a few extra pounds can cause great personal distress. We might try all kinds of diets but often our efforts are sabotaged by our unconscious inner conflicts, beliefs or deep habits, and the results – if any at all – seldom last. Often we know so well what we should be doing, but we cannot get ourselves to get started or stick with it over time. Failing again and again can make us lose hope that things can get better and can lead to deep despair and resignation to a painful situation.
