In this section we have collected a series of guided meditations to help you with your motivation and self discovery.

In a guided meditation your imagination is lead on a journey with the purpose of achieving healing and realizations through purposeful contemplation and reflection. This can help you to achieve deep relaxation and release negative emotions or beliefs that are preventing you from being reaching the results you want. It can help you touch on experiences and feelings that are usually hidden in unreachable parts of your mind.  By allowing your conscious mind to sleep, experiences come forward to be acknowledged and released from your subconscious, and can help you replace negative programming with confidence and high self esteem.
