The delicate taste of scallops is really complemented by the soy sauce, the citrus and the ginger in this amazing dish.
Isn't it great to know it is good for you and very low calorie as well?
Ingredients
- Juice, Lemon, Fresh, 30 ml
- Butter, 15 g
- Sauce, Soy, 4 Tsp
- Salmon Caviar, 30 g
- Scallops, Meat, 150 g
- Couscous, Cooked, 150 g
- Avocado, Average, 150 g
- Ginger Root, Raw, 20 g
- Orange, Raw, Average, 150 g
- Soy Sauce, Sweet, Kecap Manis, 2 tbsp
Instructions
Melt the butter and fry the scallop roe in medium heat. Cut the scallops in thin slices and place them on 4 plates with the roe. Mix soy sauce and lemon juice, pout it over the scallops and add some pepper. Mix couscous, ginger, orange and avocado, and place this on the plate with the scallops. Decorate with herbs, salad, and salmon caviar.
