Joining Instructions

On receipt of the online booking confirmation and full payment, we will issue complete joining instructions detailing your participation in the event. 

Confirming a Booking

To make a booking, please complete all the details in the online booking form on this website. Bookings made via this website are considered confirmed and you need do no more if you have received your booking confirmation by e-mail.

Fees

All fees are current, however, we reserve the right to change them.

Delegate Substitution

If you want to make a substitution, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring a penalty.

Payment

Payment can be made through our online payment system. If you wish to pay in any other way, please contact us..

Cancellations

If you need to cancel please contact us.

The following charges apply if you cancel:

30+ days before a course = 25% of the course fee.
15 - 29 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
1 - 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.

Transfers

If you need to make a transfer please contact us.

Transfers made 1 - 30 days prior to a course will be charged at 25% of the course fee. The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.  

Declaration

By accepting the terms and conditions I agree to the following:

I understand that the training I receive is for educational purpose only and that it is not a substitute for proper medical or psychological treatment. If I suspect or know that I am suffering from any physical or psychological ailment or condition, then I will seek appropriate medical or psychological treatment before attending.

I understand that this training does not represent a qualification in coaching and that I will not claim or imply that I have been certified or approved in any of these areas by The Body Transformation Programme.

I understand that no personal tape recording will be permitted during the training. I understand that, in the interest of security and the comfort of the training group as a whole, The Body Transformation Programme reserves the right to deny any individuals access to registration, the training event in its entirety, or any part of the training without prior notification or explanation.
