Delivery

Your order will be shipped the next day and depending on your selected delivery option, it should arrive with you within 2-3 working days (UK orders only) so your order should be with you very quickly!
Your order may be shipped from various sources. In order to reduce your shipping costs (i.e. multiple products shipped from the same source) your shipping estimates are grouped by the source.

How much will delivery cost?

For all UK orders, you will be charged £2.99 if you want your order to be shipped via Royal Mail First Class. Please let us know if you would like your delivery shipped via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Please note that a small additional fee will be added for this, depending on the weight of your order.

Shipping costs for orders which are shipped outside of the UK are calculated at the checkout and will depend on what has been ordered and where the item is being shipped to. You will however be notified at the checkout before you complete your order how much your delivery costs will be.

International Delivery

For orders shipped outside the UK, we use Royal Mail’s Airmail and Airsure service.

For orders being shipped outside of the UK, we aim to deliver to European destinations within 4 working days and worldwide within 6. If you have ordered from abroad and you have been waiting more than 7 working days for your order, please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look straight into it for you.

Will I be responsible for import/custom charges?

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country and so we have no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country.

Will you pass my details onto anyone else?

Absolutely not! If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number and address stored on our system. Information like this is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you, rest assured we will never pass this onto a third party.
