How to order
Shopping with us is easy. You can browse by category to find the products you want.
When you have decided on your products, you can order online and further details of how to do this can be found below.
When you have found something you want to purchase, just click on the ’Add to cart’ button to add it to your shopping basket.
To review the contents of your cart before you buy, simply click on ‘My shopping cart’ which can be found at the top of every page. This will allow you to review the items in your cart and these can be removed or changed at any time. To remove an item from your cart, click remove button on the right hand side of the product, to amend the quantity of products you have ordered, change the number in the box to the left of the product and press 'Update'.
Once you are happy with your order, simply click on the ‘Go to Checkout’ button. You will then need to select your delivery method and just make sure you have entered the correct delivery address before following the on screen instructions to complete your order.
Your orders will be shipped the next working day for you and then depending on your selected delivery option, it will then arrive with you within 2-3 working days (UK orders only) so your order will be with you very quickly!

Note to Non-British customers
We have happy customers worldwide. To ensure you are one of them, please understand that when you buy something from a UK site, and you are not from the UK, your credit card will convert the transaction into your currency. It's that conversion that will show up on your credit card bill. Exchanges rate are set by world banks and change daily. We have no control over exchange rates. We cannot let you know what the cost would be in your currency, as there are hundreds of currencies in the world. The only way you can do this is to visit an exchange rate site such as xe.com.
If you order anything through our site, and later think you've been overcharged, please check your currency exchange rate first, as it's probably that.
What to order?
We are based in the UK and we distribute products all over the world. However, if you do not live within the European Union, we cannot send you any electrical goods. Some foods and supplements may be prohibited in your country and stopped at customs. If this happens, you are 100% liable for the loss. Therefore, if you live in Asia, America, Africa, Australia etc, please check with your country's import laws before buying these products from us.
