Going on a quest means embarking on a journey towards powerfully manifesting a goal that has real meaning to you, and in that process becoming the person you need to be so that when your attention and your intention come together through time, you become the right condition for your vision to become your reality.
Our quest function is designed to create the possibility for you to set a goal and focus on it for a specific period of time. Through placing our attention one something worthy of transformation we move into being more present to who we are, how we limit ourselves and how we can move powerfully beyond the boundaries our past experience has confined us to.
The goal itself is important, but even more important is the space this period of intention opens up for you. Once we declare a goal and commit to it – we take a step out of the old trance of our current zone of comfort and we embark on what Joseph Campbell called The hero's journey.
"The big question is whether you are going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure." Joseph Campbell
The Transformation Journey is about the stages we have to face and conquer in order to create lasting transformation in our lives.
This journey requires the overcoming of many obstacles – it might be that we realize we need new skillsets, that old habitual patterns hold us stuck, that we have no clear direction or maningful signposts for knowing if we are going in the right direction. It could be that we find that our current self image is not aligned with what we want to manifest, or we might come face to face with our inner dragons or demons and that whatever message they have for us will have to be dealt with before we can achieve our goal or intention – and keep the result over time. It is a very different thing to get to a goal – for example to lose weight – it is a totally different issue to keep that result over a significant amount of time.
The goal can be to connect with something that fulfills a lack or area of resignation in our lives, or to reclaim something that was always rightfully ours. It can be about returning to a place of being authentically ourselves. Getting back to the core of who we are. Shedding what is no longer true in our lives. It could be a body goal, to manifest physical wealth, a specific object - Only you can know what is right and worthy for you to take on as your quest at this moment in time.
Through the power of intention we bring forth something in your life that was not there before. We cast a vision of an inspiring future and feeling it in every cell of your body. Your intention is what you choose to create for yourself and others through inspired thought, feeling and action – a life that would really be worth living.
So the question is if you are ready to have your journey transformed from aimless wandering in the land of comfort into a meaningful quest of deliberate creation? Starting your quest, you set forth as a hero from the world of common day into a land of adventures, tests and magical rewards...
So if you are ready for that... Start your quest now...
"If you follow your
bliss you put
yourself on a kind
of track that has
been there
the whole while, waiting for you,
and the life you
ought to be living
is the one you
are living."
Joseph Campbell
